Are you experiencing issues with your Hisense TV’s WiFi connection? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
In this guide, I will provide you with some troubleshooting steps to fix the Wi-Fi problem on your Hisense TV.
Solutions to Fix Hisense TV Not Connecting to WiFi
1. Check Network Settings
The first step is to check your network settings on your TV.
Here’s how:
- Press the home button on your remote.
- Navigate to the settings option.
- Select the Network option.
- Select “Network Configuration” and select either Wireless or Wired connection.
If you’re currently using a wired connection and it’s not working, try switching to a wireless connection, and vice versa.
2. Ensure Proximity to the Router
If you’re not seeing any available networks, it could be because your TV is too far away from the WiFi router.
Try moving your TV closer to the router or consider using a WiFi booster.
3. Power Cycle Your TV
The first and simplest step is to reset your TV by power cycling it.
Follow the steps below to Power Cycle your Hisense TV:
- Unplug your TV.
- Then hold down the power button for 15 seconds. The power button is usually placed on the bottom of your TV.
- After that, plug it back in and wait for about 30 minutes.
In most cases, this should resolve the WiFi connection issue.
4. Soft Reset Your TV
Soft Restarting your TV can often resolve various connectivity issues.
Here’s how to do it on your Hisense TV:
- Press the Home button on your remote five times.
- Press the Up button once.
- Press the Rewind button twice.
- Press the fast-forward button twice.
